Secure projectile rack section (13) to test stand (24) with two mounting rods (27), lockwashers (26), and washers  (25). Install projectile (29) in tube (28), Connect force gage (30) to cable and depress right locking handle (3) and left locking handle (4). (31 ) using quick release pin (32).
