Materials/Parts:
l Lockwasher (Item 177, Appendix H)

(3) and pull through four vehicle-mounted
fasteners (2).
INSTALLATION
Install each of four shovel and pick straps (3)
through four vehicle-mounted fasteners (2).
Install each of two rack hoist straps (9) through
four vehicle-mounted fasteners (10).
Install each of two barrel straps (4) through four
vehicle-mounted fasteners (1).
Install crowbar stop (5) on top of vehicle with
screw (8), new Iockwasher (7), and washer (6).
