Disassembly c.   Cleaning and Inspection d.  Assembly e.  Installation f.   Adjustment Initial  Setup: Tools/Test   Equipment: •  Lockwasher  (2)  (Item  126,  Appendix  H) •  General  mechanic’s  tool  kit •  Lockwasher  (2)  (Item  163,  Appendix  H) (Item 24, Appendix  I) • Spring pin (Item 351, Appendix H) Materials/Parts: Personnel  Required:  Two •  Adhesive, rubber (Item 5, Appendix D) •  Drycleaning  solvent  (Item 28, Equipment Conditions: Appendix  D) •  Vehicle parked on level ground (refer to •  Grease (Item 32, Appendix  D) TM 9-2350-287-10). •  Rag (Item 56, Appendix D) a. REMOVAL 1. Unlatch access door (1) and hold in upright position to release tension on flat springs (3). 2. Remove two screws (4) and Iockwashers (5) from access door (1). Discard Iockwashers. NOTE Prior to removal, record location, quantity, and position of spacer plates, spacers, flat springs,  and  washers. 3. Remove  guy  anchor  (6),  spacer  plate(s)  (7),  and  spacer(s)  (8)  from  access  door  (1). 4. Remove 12  flat springs (3), tube (2), and  washer(s) (9) from access door (1). 15-117
