15-36. DECONTAMINATION APPARATUS BRACKET REPLACEMENT.

Equipment Conditions:
• General mechanic’s tool kit (Item 24,
• Vehicle parked on level ground (refer to
Appendix 1)
TM 9-2350-287-10).
• Decontamination apparatus removed from
Materials/Parts:
bracket (refer to TM 9-2350-287-10).
• Lockwasher (2) (Item 160, Appendix H)
• Lockwasher (4) (Item 164, Appendix H)

REMOVAL
Remove strap (9) from bracket (5) and
loop (3).
Remove two screws (1) and
Iockwashers (2) and loop (3) from lower
rear door (4). Discard Iock washers.
Remove four screws (8), Iock washers
(7), and washers (6) and bracket (5)
from lower rear door (4). Discard
lockwashers,
INSTALLATION
Install bracket (5) on lower rear door
(4) with four screws (8), new
Iockwashers (7), and washers (6).
Install loop (3) on lower rear door (4)
with two screws (1) and new
Iockwashers (2).
Install strap (9) in bracket (5) and loop
(3).
FOLLOW-ON TASKS:
• Install decontamination apparatus in bracket (refer to TM 9-2350-287-10).
