HYDRAULIC CONTROL PANEL
HYDRAULIC CONTROL PANEL: Controls hydraulic system functions and allows monitoring of hydraulic system pressure.
MAIN RELIEFVALVE: Limits hydraulic system pressure. Normal maximum pressure setting is 1550 psi (10, 686.75 kPa).
System pressure over 1550 psi is relieved through the valve to the reservoir.
SYSTEM PRESSURE GAGE: Monitors hydraulic system pressure.
FLOW-CONTROL VALVE: Regulates flow of hydraulic fluid. Valve can be adjusted manually to achieve desired conveyor
speed.
CONVEYOR DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE: Controls direction of fluid flow to the conveyor motor. Positioning of an
internal spool determines the direction of conveyor motor rotation. The valve may be electrically powered by the conveyor
switch or manually operated by pressing the buttons at either side of the valve.
