INSTALLATION
WARNING
Remove machine gun and all ammunition when operating M113A3 as a litter carrier. Display
red cross symbol on exterior of carrier.
NOTE
Spall liners and personnel seats must be returned to stock or stored for future use.
All four posts and chain assemblies are installed in the same way.
1.
Install upper post pin (1) and lockwasher (2) into hull ceiling.
