Remove four screws (1) and bumper (2) from base extension (3). 2. Remove three screws (1) and bumper (2) from base (4). 3. Loosen two nuts (5)(6) and pivot bolt (7) securing base extension (3). Raise base extension and position on base (4). 4. Remove 12 screws (8) and hinge (9) from base extension (3) and base (4). 0622 00-1
