REMOVAL
NOTE
Do Step 1 andStep 2 for M113A3 (late model) and M981A3 only.
1.
Remove two cotter pins (1), headed pins (2), and clevises (3) from two latches (4). Discard cotter pins.
2.
Remove two clevises (3) from chain (5). Remove tube (6) from chain.
NOTE
Do Step 3 and Step 4 for M113A3 (early model), M901A3, and M1059A3 only.
3.
Spread two rings (7) and remove from strikers (8).
