TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE STEERING SUPPORT, BRACKETS, AND SHAFT — Continued 0432 00 NOTE Make sure nut is between spring fingers and is properly leveled when installed on housing. 7. Install screw (11) and nut (12). 8. Install spacer (13) and steering wheel (14) on shaft (5). Secure with screw (15) and washer (16). NOTE When installing retainer, install as high as possible on steering wheel shaft. 9. Install screw (17) and washer (18) through steering wheel (14) and spacer (13) and secure retainer (19). 10. Check steering wheel (14) for smooth operation by turning fully in both directions. 11. Install washer (1) on shaft (2) and insert shaft through bracket (3). 12. Install lube fitting (4) in bracket (3). 0432 00-7
