TM 9-2350-277-20-3 REPLACE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSES, FITTINGS, AND MOUNTING — Continued 0399 00 9. Remove nine lockscrews (12), two lockscrews (13), 15 lockscrews (14), cover (15), and gasket (16) from transmission housing (3). Discard lockscrews and gasket. NOTE Mark direction that elbow is pointing to ensure proper alignment during installation. NOTE Do Step 10 and Step 11 only for transmissions equipped with an adapter for elbow. 10. Remove elbow (17) from adapter (18). 11. Remove adapter (18) and packing (19) from right end cover (11). Discard packing. NOTE Do Step 12 only for transmissions without an elbow adapter. 12. Loosen locknut (20) and remove elbow (17) and packing (19) from right end cover (11). Discard packing. 0399 00-4
