TM 9-2350-277-20-3 REPLACE BATTERIES AND BATTERY BOX (M981A3 AND M58 ONLY) — Continued 0348 00 WARNING Battery is heavy and can cause back injury if handled improperly. Be sure to have helper assist you to remove and replace battery. Battery weighs about 75 lb (34 kg). WARNING Electrolyte and battery corrosion can cause injury to you. Wear safety goggles and gloves. If electrolyte or battery corrosion contacts the eyes, skin, or clothing, flush immediately with large amounts of cold water. In case of eye or skin contact, see a doctor immediately. NOTE To ease battery removal, remove the 155 mm canister above the battery from the carrier. 3. Remove four batteries. 0348 00-3
