INSTALLATION
NOTE
Do Steps 1 - 9 for installing right side fuel tank return hoses and fittings. Do Steps 20 - 29 for
installing left side fuel return hoses and fittings.
1.
Apply sealing compound to external threads of adapter (12) and install on fuel tank (13).
2.
Apply sealing compound to external threads of elbow (11) and install on adapter (12).
3.
Apply caulking compound to space around adapter (12) on rear hull plate.
4.
Install fuel return hose (9) on elbow (11).
5.
Apply sealing compound to external threads of adapter (10) and install in valve (4).
NOTE
Apply adhesive to new grommet before installing.
6.
Install fuel return hose (9) through grommet (7) and on adapter (10).
7.
Apply sealing compound to external threads of adapter (8) and install in valve (4).
8.
Connect fuel return hose (6) to adapter (8).
9.
Align valve (4) on mounting block (5) and secure with two clamps (3), washers (2), and screws (1).
