Measure resistance between cable assembly 12349858 circuit 27 (1) and 27C (3) plug pins. 3. Does multimeter read 0 ohm? YES NO 2YN 1. Repair special purpose cable 12349858 circuit 27C/27 (WP 0382 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 3Y 1. Check circuit 406B lead (1). 2. Is circuit 406B lead grounded to instrument panel mount? YES NO 3YN 1. Ground circuit 406B lead to instrument panel mount and tighten screw. 2. Verify no faults found. 0019 00-2
