Stay clear of possible moving parts. 1. Manually rotate engine camshaft pulley (1). Use breaker bar, extension, and socket. 2. Does engine rotate? YES NO 2YN 1. Engine or transmission seized. Beyond unit maintenance repair. 2. Notify supervisor. 3Y 1. Replace starter assembly (WP 0259 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0016 00-2
