Disconnect wire 27 and ground wire from MASTER WARN-
ING light. Using multimeter, place red lead in wire 27 and black
lead in ground wire. If voltage is present, replace steering shaft
MASTER WARNING light assembly (p 7-53). If no voltage,
repair or replace ground wire (p 6-84).
