REPLACE COMMANDER'S CUPOLA ARMOR SHIELDS (M113A2, M1064,

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Plate (3) must be able to turn freely. Do not over-tighten locknut (4).
1.
Install screw (1), washer (2), plate (3), and new locknut (4) on bracket (5).
2.
Install spacer (6), bracket (5), and two screws (7) on gun mount (8).
3.
Install chain (9) on bracket (5) and door (10). Deform ends of chain to secure chain on door and bracket.
4.
Install clamp (22) on lower bracket of machine gun handle.
5.
Install strap (11) through loop on right shield (12) and clamp (22) on machine gun handle. Tighten strap.
6.
If removed, install clips (13) on doors (14). Deform ends of clip (13) over loops on doors (14).
7.
Install four doors (14) on two shields (12) and (15).
8.
Install the right and left shields (12) and (15), four screws (16), washers (17), and new lockwashers (18) on commander's
cupola (19).
9.
Install two screws (20) and washers (21) in first two holes of two shields (12) and (15).
FOLLOW THROUGH STEPS
1.
Release traverse travel lock (see your -10).
