INSTALLATION
WARNING
Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These
compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you
dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.
Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.
Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.
1.
Apply sealing compound to threads of elbow (3) and shutoff valve (10).
2.
Install bushing (11) in coolant pump (8).
3.
Install shutoff valve (10) in bushing (11).
4.
Install elbow (3) in coolant pump (8).
5.
Install pump (8) on bracket (9). Secure with retaining strap (7), two screws (4), four washers (5), and two new locknuts
(6).

Install hose (2) on elbow (3). Secure with clamp (1).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

Start coolant heater (see your -10). Check for leaks. Turn heater off.
4.
Close power plant access door (see your -10).
5.
Raise trim vane (see your -10).
