TM 9-2350-247-20-3REPAIR NBC MANIFOLD (M548A3) — Continued 0533 00ASSEMBLY1. Install five hoses (1) connected to five M3 heaters (2) on outlets of manifold (3).2. Secure 5 M3 heaters (2) to manifold (3) with 20 screws (4), new lock washers (5), and new lock nuts (6).3. Secure five hoses (1) to outlets on manifold (3) with five clamps (7).4. Install eight bumpers (8), four clamps (9), eight headed pins (10), and eight new cotter pins (11) on manifold (3).5. Install M18 filter (12) and M18 filter (13) with attached hoses on manifold (3). Secure filters with four clamps (9) andnuts (14).6. Install two hoses (15 and 16) on outlets of manifold (3). Secure with clamp (17) and clamp (18).7. Install four grommets (19) and NBC wiring harness (20) in two long heater mounts (21) on manifold (3) with NBCwiring harness circuit 135 lead (22) on left end of manifold (3).8. Secure NBC wiring harness (20) to two short heater mounts (23) on manifold (3) with two clamps (24), screws (25), newlock washers (26), and nuts (27).9. Connect NBC wiring harness (20) leads to five M3 heaters (2).0533 00-5
