INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) Materials/Parts Lock nut (2) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Driver’s seat raised (see your -10) Both battery negative leads disconnected (WP 0292 00) Center seat raised (see your -10) REMOVAL 1. Remove nozzle (1) from tube (2). 2. Remove lock nut (3), washer (4), screw (5), and clamp (6) from carrier bulkhead. Discard lock nut. 3. Loosen nut (7) that secures tube (2) to cylinder (8). 4. Remove lock nut (9), washer (10), screw (11), and clamp (12) from carrier bulkhead. Discard lock nut. Remove tube (2). 5. Remove boot (13) from carrier bulkhead. 0525 00-1
