Secure with two new lock washers(7), stud (8), and nut (6). Install one washer on each side of bracket. Make sure 1-1/2 threads extend through nut.2. Place bracket (5) in hull opening. Secure with six screws (4), two new lock washers (3), and six nuts (2).3. Place fuel compartment vent hose over bracket (5).
