TM 9-2350-247-20-3REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT HEATER COOLANT PUMP — Continued 0478 00INSTALLATION1. Place coolant pump (1) on mount (2). Secure with clamp (3) and two screws (4).2. Secure ground lead (5) to coolant pump (1) with new lock washer (6) and nut (7).3. Install hose (8) and hose (9) on coolant pump (1). Secure with two clamps (10).4. Secure circuit 402A lead (11) to coolant pump (1) with washer (12) and nut (13).5. Open coolant valve (14) and coolant valve (15).FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS1. Turn heater fuel pump to OFF (see your -10).2. Connect battery negative lead(s) (WP 0292 00).3. Move run-off-start switch to START (see your -10). Run coolant heater pump for a maximum of 30 seconds, then shutit off.4. Turn coolant heater fuel pump ON (see your -10).5. Start coolant heater (see your -10).6. Check coolant heater for proper operation and leaks.7. Stop coolant heater (see your -10).8. Turn coolant heater fuel pump OFF (see your -10).9. Install top left access grille (see your -10 or (WP 0390 00)).END OF TASK0478 00-2
