REMOVAL
NOTE
Remove lower cab insulation only if inspection shows replacement is needed. These instructions
are for removal of damaged panels or damaged areas of panels.
1.
Remove as much old damaged insulation as you can by scraping. Make edges even. Cut patch to fit.
2.
Remove remaining insulation and dried adhesive with cleaning compound.
INSTALLATION
1.
Trim new insulation to fit. If panel to be installed is large, cut it into squares of about 3 feet (1 meter).
2.
Spray or swab cleaning compound on back of insulation to activate adhesive.
3.
Allow 10 to 15 seconds for adhesive to become tacky. Press insulation firmly into place at once.
