10. Install heater controls cover (WP 0450 00).
11. Install exhaust hood (1) on upper exhaust pipe (2) with two new lock nuts (3), washers (4), and screws (5).
12. Install exhaust pipes (2, 6) and adapter (7). Secure with two clamps (8).
13. Install plenum chamber (9) and intake duct (10) on heater (11). Secure with two clamps (12).
14. Install plenum cover (13), controls cover (14), and heater cover (15) on heater (11).
15. Place heater (11) on three brackets (16). Secure with three clamps (17).
16. Install ground strap (18) on heater (11) with new lock washer (19) and screw (20).
17. Install exhaust pipe (2) and exhaust pipe (6) on heater (11) with clamp (21).
18. Install upper exhaust pipe (2) and two brackets (22) on weld nut (23) with two washers (24) and screws (25).
19. Install wiring harness ground lead (26) to bracket (16) with washer (27) and screw (28).
20. Connect fuel hose (29) to heater (11). Secure outlet hose (30) to plenum chamber (9) with clamp (31).
21. Install intake hose (32) on intake duct (10) with clamp (33).
22. Connect wiring harness (34) to heater (11).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Connect battery negative lead (WP 0292 00).
2.
Start heater (see your -10).
3.
Check heater for proper operation.
4.
Install power plant rear access door (see your -10).
5.
Install bulkhead protector, if material handling kit is installed (WP 0487 00).
6.
Install top left access grille (WP 0390 00).
7.
Install heater exhaust pipe guard (WP 0455 00).
