INSTALLATION
NOTE
Apply sealing compound sparingly to tapered threads of fittings before installation.
1.
Install nipple (1), nipple (2), and coupling (3) in cab heater (4).
2.
Install coupling (5) and coupling (6) on fuel pump (7).
3.
Install elbow (8) and elbow (9) in coupling (5) and coupling (6).
4.
Install new preformed packing (10), nut (11), and elbow (12) in fuel manifold block (13).
5.
Connect hose (14) to nipple (2) and elbow (8).
6.
Connect hose (15) to elbow (12) and elbow (9).
7.
Install four clamps (16), two new lock nuts (17), and screws (19) securing hose (15) to bulkhead.
