REMOVAL
1.
Remove infrared headlights from carrier.
a.
Disconnect circuit 514 lead (1) and circuit 515 lead (2) from infrared headlight (3).
b.
Remove nut (4), lock washer (5), small beveled washer (6), and large beveled washer (7) from infrared headlight
(3) and carrier mount. Discard lock washer.
c.
Remove infrared headlight (3) from carrier mount.
2.
Remove lamp unit from headlamp.
a.
Loosen four captive screws (8). Remove lens retainer (9) from body (10).
b.
Loosen three captive screws (11) from retainer bracket (12). Remove retainer bracket from body (10).
c.
Remove lamp unit (13) from body (10).
