INFRARED-BLACKOUT SELECTOR OR WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCHES -- Continued
INSTALLATION
NOTE
For M548A1, do Step 5 and Step 6. For M548A3, do Step 4.
1.
Place windshield wiper switch (1) in instrument panel (2). Secure with two washers (3) and screws (4).
2.
Connect circuit leads 71A (5) and 71 (6) to windshield wiper switch (1).
3.
Place infrared-blackout selector switch (7) in instrument panel (2). Secure with two washers (8) and screws (9).
4.
Connect circuit leads 514-515 (10), 520 (11), and 19 (12) to infrared-blackout selector switch (7).
5.
Place transmission-differential test switch (13) in instrument panel (2). Secure with two washers (14) and screws (15).
6.
Connect circuit leads 328A (16) and 327A (17) to transmission-differential test switch (13).
7.
Place air box heater switch (18) in instrument panel (2). Secure with two washers (19) and screws (20).
8.
Connect circuit leads 406 (21) and 400B (22) to air box heater switch (18).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Install instrument panel (WP 0256 00).
2.
Turn MASTER SWITCH ON (see your -10).
3.
Check switches for proper operation.
4.
Turn MASTER SWITCH OFF (see your -10).
