Install radiator (3) on radiator bulkhead (7). Have helper assist. Secure with 10 screws (8), 20 washers (9), and 10 new
lock nuts (10). Use endless sling and lifting device.
5.
Apply sealing compound to both sides of new gasket (11). Install gasket and adapter (12) on radiator (3). Secure with
two new tab washers (13) and screws (14).
6.
Apply sealing compound to both sides of new gasket (15). Install gasket and elbow (16) on radiator (3). Secure with two
new tab washers (17) and screws (18).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Install exhaust pipes (WP 0210 00).
2.
Install radiator auxiliary tank (WP 0217 00).
