E-3. FINAL DRIVE WORK STAND.
1.
Construct from an old sprocket hub, PN (19207) 10936277, NSN 2520-00-066-0239.
2.
Using l/8-inch flat steel, make a rack to support the weight of the final drive.
3.
Make certain the final drive fits comfortably in the rack. Bolt rack to upper ring or weld rack to hub.
4.
Before using the stand, bolt it securely to the floor through the lower ring.
