13. Install two new cotter pins (16) through straight pin (15).
14. Install seatbelt (17) on support (18). Secure with two screws (19), washers (20), and new locknuts (21).
15. If removed, install new splined nuts (22) in seat (23).
16. Install seat (23) on support (18). Secure with eight screws (24) and washers (25).
