TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPAIR CARGO HATCH LATCH (M901A3 ONLY) — Continued 0476 00 1. Remove knob (1) and shouldered stud (2) from housing (3). 2. Remove shouldered pin (4), spring (5), and disk (6) from housing (3). 3. Remove four bolts (7), lockwashers (8), washers (9), and housing (3) from hatch. Discard lockwashers. INSTALLATION 1. Install housing (3) on hatch. Secure with four washers (8), new lockwashers (9), and bolts (7). 2. Tighten four bolts (7) to 120-144 lb-in (13.6–16.3 N m) torque. 3. Install disk (6), spring (5), and shoulder pin (4) on housing (3). 4. Install shouldered stud (2) on housing (3). 5. Apply sealing compound to knob (1). 6. Install knob (1) on handle (2) and housing (3). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Power up launcher (see your -10). 2. Stow launcher (see your -10). 3. Start engine (see your -10). 4. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10). 5. Stop engine (see your -10). END OF TASK 0476 00-2
