1. Remove plug W1 P1 from VTM jack J1.
2. Hook up VTM to vehicle batteries TM 9-4910-571-12&P.
3. Set up Test 89 TM 9-4910-571-12&P.
4. Measure resistance between plug W1 P1(1), sockets X (2) and Y
(3).
5. Does VTM read 0 ohms?
YES
NO
