2. Install jumper wire between harness 12354593 plug P1 (1), pin A

3. Install jumper wire between harness 12354593 plug P1 (1), pin r
(5), and STE/ICE distribution box jack J1 (2), pin r (6).
4. Perform STE/ICE confidence test TM 9-4910-571-12&P.
5. Does test fail?
