to slave receptacle (5) or (6) at
both vehicles.

Turn MASTER switch ON in M992. Set engine speed to 1000 to 1200 rpm.
Turn MASTER switch ON in disabled vehicle.
Allow batteries in disabled vehicle to charge for 5 minutes before trying to
start vehicle.
Try to start disabled vehicle. If it will not start, notify Organizational Mainte-
nance.
After engine in disabled vehicle is running smoothly, turn MASTER switches
OFF’ in both vehicles.
WARNING
To prevent injury, make sure that MASTER switch
Is OFF in both vehicles before disconnecting slave
cable.
