NOTE
Both center floor plates are installed the same way.

Position floor plate (14) on cab floor. Install two retaining plates (15), screws (16), and washers (17) on seat support (9)
and cab floor.
8.
Install three screws (18) and washers (19) on floor plate (14) and seat support (9).
9.
Repeat Step 7 and Step 8 for floor plate (20).
