TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT HEATER CONTROL BOX 0474 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal (page 0474 00-1). Installation (page 0474 00-2). INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) Materials/Parts Lock nut (2) Lock washer (2) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Battery negative lead(s) disconnected (WP 0292 00) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect wiring harness (1) from control box receptacle (2). 2. Disconnect circuit 400A lead (3) from connector (4). 3. Remove screw (5), two lock washers (6), and ground lead (7) from control box (8). Discard lock washers. 4. Remove two lock nuts (9), washers (10), four mounts (11), and control box (8) from hull. Discard lock nuts. 0474 00-1
