TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE CAB PERSONNEL SEATS — Continued 0398 00 REMOVAL NOTE For M548A1, do Removal Procedure Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, and Installation Procedure Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5. For M548A3, do Removal Procedure Step 1, Step 4, Step 5, and Installation Procedure Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, and Step 5. 1. Remove backrest cushions. a. Remove 6 lock nuts (1), 12 washers (2), and 6 screws (3) that secure backrest cushion (4) to carrier. Discard lock nuts. b. Raise three backrest cushions (4) until cushion straps (5) clear retainers on backrest panel (6). Remove cushions. 2. Remove right seat panel with cushion. a. Remove seven screws (7), washers (8), lock nuts (9), gasket (10), seal (11), seal (12), and seal (13). Remove right seat panel (14) with cushion (15) from carrier. Discard lock nuts. b. Remove six seat cushion straps (16) and three seat cushions (15) from carrier. 0398 00-2
