REPLACE RADIATOR TUBES, HOSES, AND FITTINGS (M548A1) -- Continued

13. Loosen two clamps (1) that secure hose (2) to elbow tube (3) and radiator (4). Remove tube, hose, and clamps.
14. Remove grommet (5) from hose (2). Discard grommet.
15. Remove two screws (6) and lock nuts (7) that secure two clamps (8) to hull. Discard lock nuts.
16. Loosen two clamps (9) that secure hose (10) to elbow (11) and outlet tube (12).
17. Remove two screws (13) and tab washers (14) that secure elbow (11) and gasket (15) to thermostat housing (16).
Remove elbow, hose, and clamps. Discard tab washers and gasket.
18. Loosen two clamps (9) that secure hose (10) to oil cooler inlet tube (17) and inlet elbow (18).
19. Remove two screws (19) and tab washers (20) that secure inlet elbow (18) and gasket (21) to oil cooler housing. Remove
elbow, hose, and clamps. Discard tab washers and gasket.
