1. Connect circuit 74C lead to relay.
2. Disconnect circuit 74A lead (1) from starter relay (2).
3. Measure resistance between relay post (3) and starter ground (4).
4. Does multimeter read 19.4 to 29 ohms?
YES
NO

1. Replace starter relay (WP 0255 00).
2. Verify no faults found.

1. Connect circuit 74A lead to relay.
2. Remove wiring harness circuit 6 plug 12313480 (1) from circuit 6
jack 11588765 (2) at carrier bulkhead.
3. Inspect plug and jack for corrosion or damage.
4. Are parts in good condition?
YES
NO

1. Repair wiring harness 12313480 or
electrical lead 11588765
(WP 0294 00).
2. Verify no faults found.
