NO BATTERY CURRENT.1. Check if battery cable connectorsare loose, disconnected, orcorroded.Attach disconnected connectors andtighten loose connectors. If connectorsare corroded, notify unit maintenance.2. Inspect for low water level inbattery.If water level is low, notify unitmaintenance.2. BATTERIES DISCHARGED.1. Check if battery water level is low(WP 0070 00).If water level is low, add distilled wateras needed.2. Using electrical equipment whenthe engine is not running.Run the engine periodically to rechargethe batteries.3. Check to see if battery cableconnectors are loose,disconnected, or corroded.Fix loose, disconnected, or corrodedconnectors. If connectors are corroded,notify unit maintenance.4. Check engine generator drive belt.If belt is loose, broken, or missing,notify unit maintenance.3. WITH MASTER SWITCH ON,INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOTLIGHT.1. Lamp may be burned out or thereare loose connections in the lampleads.If battery gauge shows usual readings(WP 0018 00), (WP 0019 00) and otherelectrical equipment and lights areworking, lamp is faulty. You can drivecarrier, but be sure to turn MASTERSWITCH OFF when you shut downcarrier. Notify unit maintenance offaulty lamp.2. Check battery indicator gauge tosee if batteries are dead. Check forfaulty or loose battery connectors.Tighten loose battery cable connectors.If you have to operate carrier with deadbatteries, tow start (WP 0051 00),(WP 0052 00) , or use an outsidepower source (WP 0015 00) to start theengine.
