If the engine doesn’t start within 45 seconds of cranking, release the AIR BOX HEATER switch and press theaccelerator pedal about halfway down. Keep on holding the START switch.13. If the engine doesn’t start when you press the accelerator pedal, release the pedal and hold the AIR BOX HEATERswitch ON for 10 seconds, then OFF for 3–4 seconds. The engine should start within two of these attempts. If enginestarts, go to Step 15.14. If the engine doesn’t start, release AIR BOX HEATER and START switches.
