WARNING Adhesives can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.  To  avoid  injury  or  death,  keep  away  from  open  fire  and  use  in  a  well- ventilated area. if adhesive gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. Apply thin coat of adhesive to mounting surfaces of new seal (15) and AFES fire extinguisher box assembly (4). Allow adhesive to dry for five minutes or until tacky. Position seal (15) in place on AFES fire extinguisher box assembly (4) and allow adhesive to cure for 30 minutes. ASSEMBLY With aid of assistant, position AFES fire extinguisher box assembly door (9) in place on AFES fire extinguisher box assembly (4). CAUTION When installing hinge pins, tap them only lightly to avoid damaging their threads. Install  two  hinge  pins  (14)  and  washers  (12)  to  bottom  part  of  door  hinge  in  AFES  fire  extinguisher  box assembly (4) and door (9). Install four new self-locking nuts (11 ) and washers (12) on upper and lower hinge pins (14). Open AFES fire extinguisher box assembly door (9). Install door handle (10), latch plate (8), washer  (7),  and  nut  (6)  on  AFES  fire extinguisher   box   assembly   door   (9). Tighten nut (6) until latch plate touches strike. Install new cotter pin (5) in nut (6). Close   AFES   fire   extinguisher   box assembly  door  (9). 15-106
