TM   9-2350-287-20-2 15-2. AIR INTAKE GRILLE REPLACEMENT (continued) 9. 10. 11. 12. Remove four screws (15) from right end cap (21). Remove four screws (25) from rear of three torsion bar tube clamps (26). Using hoist, open intake grille (1). Remove four screws (30) from front of three torsion bar tube clamps (26). 13. 14. 15. 16. b. 1. 2. 3. 4. WARNING Personnel must stand clear during lifting operations. A swinging or shifting load can cause injury. Lift intake grille (1) off vehicle and place on hard, level surface. Remove sling from handles (2). Remove three screws (29), shieid (28), and adapter (27) from intake grille (1). Remove tube (24) and three tube clamps (26) from intake grille (1). Remove two screws (11), self-locking nuts (10), handles (2), and studs (9) from air intake grille (1). Discard self-locking  nuts. INSTALLATION Install two studs (9) and handles (2) on intake grilie (1). Secure two handles (2) on two studs (9) with two new self-locking nuts (10) and two screws (11). Attach sling to handles (2) on intake grille (1) and take up slack. Install three tube clamps (26) and tube (24) on intake grille (1). 15-5
