MASTER switch set to OFF (refer to
Materials/Parts:
TM 9-2350-287-10).
Lockwasher (2) (Item 136, Appendix H)
Battery ground cables disconnected (para 7-41).
Lockwasher (2) (Item 160, Appendix H)
Left-side conveyor chain guards removed
Lockwasher (14) (item 175, Appendix H)
(para 17-17).

REMOVAL
Remove two screws (3), Iockwashers (4), and conveyor override switch (5) from conveyor. Discard
Iockwashers.
Disconnect harness connectors (6) from conveyor override switch (5).
Disconnect harness connectors (2) from deadman switch leads (1).
Remove screw (15), two Iockwashers (13), and ground lead (14) from conveyor pedestal (12). Discard
Iockwashers.
Disconnect connector (17) from 12330252 harness connector (16).
Remove 14 screws (11), Iockwashers (10), washers (9), straps (8), and harness (7) from conveyor. Discard
Iockwashers.
INSTALLATION
Install harness (7) on conveyor with 14 straps (8), washers (9), new lockwashers (10), and screws (11).
Connect connector (17) to 12330252 harness connector (16).
Connect ground lead (14) to conveyor pedestal (12) with screw (15) and two newlockwashers(13).
Connect harness connectors (2) to deadman switch leads (1).
Connect harness connectors (6) to conveyor override switch (5).
Install conveyor override switch (5) with two screws (3) and new lockwashers (4).
