(1) Remove shipping tape from heater external
exhaust and intake elbows.
(2) Remove shipping tape from end of disconnected
fuel feed line.
(3) Connect feed line to heater.

Install commanders seat and post on carrier.

(1) Remove plugs from periscope openings.

Check for intact seals on handles.

Close hull drain plugs.

Closure kit
Remove and store closure kit.

Engine air inlet

Remove shipping tape and intake and exhause grille cover
from intake and exhause grille.

Armor mounting
inserts and screw
holes.
Check for loose or missing plugs in inserts and setscrews
in hull screw holes.
LEVEL A
For level A deprocessing, perform the following procedures in addition to all the procedures for Level B deprocessing.

Service transmission with operational lubricant. See

Checking Unpacked Equipment
CHECKING EQUIPMENT
1.
Perform all operator and unit PMCS. See your -10 and -20. M901A3 and M981A3 Turret PMCS are included in TM
9-2350-259-10 and TM 9-2350-259-20, and TM 9-2350-266-10 and TM 9-2350-266-20.
2.
Inspect the equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If the equipment has been damaged, report he damage on
Form SF 368 (Quality Deficiency Report).
